CRASH STUDIOS CIC

WE BRING THE CREATIVE INDUSTRIES TO YOU.

People standing in line at a registration or check-in desk at an event, with a woman with red hair talking to a person behind the desk, in a room with yellow curtains and framed artwork on the wall.

Most young people leave school not knowing the creative industries are even an option. They've never met a concept artist, a VFX supervisor, a narrative designer, or a games developer. They don't see themselves in those roles, not because the talent isn't there, but because nobody showed them the door.

The problem isn't talent. It's visibility.

Crash Studios CIC exists to change that.

What we do

We deliver industry speaker talks, hands-on workshops and career guidance sessions in schools and colleges across Kent and the South East. We connect students directly with working professionals in animation, VFX, comics, design, gaming and screen arts, the people actually doing the work.

We're also developing games and design incubators for young people outside mainstream education, structured creative pathways with real industry connections built in.

Any surplus from our activities is reinvested into the mission. No shareholders. No profit motive. Just more opportunities for more young people.

Who we work with

Young people aged 14–26. Schools and colleges across Kent and the South East. Anyone who makes things, or wants to.

We place particular focus on young people who face barriers to accessing creative education, including those not currently in education, employment or training.
